Bata Malaysia Nabbed The Silver Award For The Best Idea - Loyalty & CRM Category

Bata Malaysia gained a deserving recognition in this year’s edition of the MARKies by nabbing the Silver award for the Best Idea – Loyalty & CRM category. The 9th edition of the annual event, held concurrently with Advertising + Marketing magazine’s Agency of the Year Awards, took place at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur on May 18, 2018.

The MARKies Awards was put in place to honour and recognise the most innovative, creative and effective campaigns spanning across Malaysia’s diverse marketing services industry. Similar to how the winners of the Agency of the Year Award are selected, the winners of MARKies are strictly voted by senior client-marketers only

 

Bata Club Malaysia had utilized analytical datas to filter the group of customers who were most likely to respond to a campaign and offered the relevant rewards, through the Facebook platform.

Under the same category, Beiersdorf Malaysia bagged the Gold, 7-Eleven Malaysia took home the Bronze award and other finalists include Malaysia Airlines and CJ Wow Shop.
