Our Normal Courier/Delivery duration is 3 to 5 Working Days
All orders must be placed before 12.00pm local time to ensure that you receive your product within the specified delivery period. Please note that certain items may not be delivered within the specified delivery timeframe due to unavailability of stocks.
We use a secured and trusted courier service (POS LAJU) in order to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition and on time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.
In the event that the items are not suitable, you have up to 7 days Return Policy upon receiving of your goods. All items must be packed in their original packaging with all tags attached and must be unused, unworn or undamaged condition. Please note that we are unable to accept return items without the original packaging or in used/worn/damaged condition.
Please return the item to your nearest Bata Shop.
RETURN PROCEDURE – Bata Shop
Please contact our Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return request to your nearest Bata Shop. Once arrangements are done, bring along the items, complete the return form/note and printed copy of the proof of purchase (Confirmation Email which was send to your email inbox) to the agreed Bata Shop. We will process your request within 5-7 working days upon receiving your goods and you will be receiving an email notification.
Should the items which you wish to exchange for the size or colour is not available, we will refund the amount you paid to your bank account.
We will send you a form via email. Please fill in the required details and send the form back to us to process the refund. We will process your request within 5-7 working days upon receiving the forms.
