Enjoy free delivery for all orders above RM150. For orders below RM150, the delivery charges are as follows:-
West Malaysia: RM10
East Malaysia: RM30
*delivery charges will be borne by customers
Our standard courier / delivery duration is 3 to 5 working days.
All orders must be placed before 12.00 p.m. local time to ensure that you receive your order within the specific delivery period. Do note that certain items may not be deliverable within the specified delivery timeframe due to stock unavailability.
We work with a secure and trusted courier service (DHL) in order to ensure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, in cases of unforeseen circumstances, we will engage alternative courier services (e.g. Pos Laju).
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
We are committed to your satisfaction and will make every effort to ship your order accurately.
In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or our team had shipped an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.), you have up to 30 working days to return the goods. For these cases, we will bear the return shipping fee.
The correct item will be shipped to you free of any shipping charges. If there is an availability issue in terms of size or colour on our side, we will reimburse the amount paid via store credits.
However, if you had picked the wrong size during the checkout process or have a change of mind after receiving your order, you will be required to bear the return shipping fee.
AS A REMINDER, SALES ITEMS/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. MEANING WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE FOR NEW SHOES, CASH OR STORE CREDIT UNLESS IT FITS THE ABOVE CRITERIA.
Do note that size exchanges are only valid for normal priced items.

RETURN PROCEDURE – Bata Shop
Get in touch with our Customer Service representative via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return request to the Bata Headquarters. Please include your order details along with photos of the products in the e-mail for the verification and quality inspection purposes.
Once the process has been completed, you will receive an e-mail notification. You will then be required to bring along the goods to the Bata Headquarters.
Do note that the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package.
We will process your request within 3 working days upon receiving the goods and an e-mail notification will be sent to you. In the case of refunds, please be advised that the amount paid will be credited via store credits within 14 working days from the date of product return.
