Shopping with us is easy now at www.bata.com.my
Free delivery for all orders above RM100. For orders below RM100 the delivery charges are as follows:
West Malaysia: RM10
East Malaysia: RM30
*delivery charges will be charged to the customers.
Our Normal Courier/Delivery duration is 3 to 5 Working Days
All orders must be placed before 12.00pm local time to ensure that you receive your product within the specified delivery period. Please note that certain items may not be delivered within the specified delivery timeframe due to unavailability of stocks.
We use a secured and trusted courier service (DHL) in order to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition and on time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.
In the event that the items received are defective or wrong size, you have up to 7 working days to return your goods. Should the items which you wish to exchange for the size or colour is not available, we will refund the amount paid to you via store credits.
RETURN PROCEDURE – Bata Shop
Please contact our Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return request to your nearest Bata Shop. Once arrangements are done we will notify you. Bring along the goods, return requested email and printed copy of the proof of purchase (Confirmation Email which was send to your email inbox) to the agreed Bata Shop. We will process your request within 30 working days upon receiving your goods and you will receive an email notification. Please take note that refund will be credited via store credits within 30 working days from the date of returning the goods.
